All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of damaged items, missing pieces, or packages confirmed lost in transit, as outlined below.
We are unable to accommodate returns based on personal preference, color variation, change of mind, or unmet expectations.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through detailed photography and descriptions. Images may be edited for lighting, background cleanup, and color balance for web display. Please note that due to differences in screen settings and devices, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to color or appearance variations.
MISSING PIECES

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement (if available) or a refund is appropriate. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery are not eligible.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer either:

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued in cases of confirmed damage, missing pieces, or packages confirmed lost in transit. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Refunds and replacements are available only for purchases made directly through our official The Daily Cheer website.

All items are considered final sale, including sale items, limited releases, promotional items, and any customized or personalized products.
